About the Role

The Oberalp Group is a management driven family business - a house of brands that creates high quality technical mountaineering products. We have 6 own brands Salewa, Dynafit, Pomoca, Wild Country, Evolv and LaMunt. As an exclusive partner of other brands in the sports sector we offer our entire know how in communication, sales and image building.ย 
We are a team of more than 1000 employees in 11 countries worldwide โ€“ a group of adventurers and dreamers, mountaineers, looking for their next peak.ย 

We are looking for a motivated Intern to support the Business Process & IT Department in planning, executing and coordinating both internal and external initiatives aimed at keeping momentum and motivation high during the ongoing Digital Transformation to which the BP & IT team is essential. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience business process management and IT operations, program and project management support, and executive communication, while working closely with the IT Director and top management.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Apply Enterprise Architecture principles: Help map the current and future state of our business capabilities, to align innovation with our Digital Strategy.
  • Support portfolio governance: Work with the BP&IT teams to monitor and improve the progress of our Digital Transformation Program.
  • Communicate transformation progress: Prepare dashboards, presentations, and insights for Executive Management decision-making.
  • Reinforce alignment among internal teams: Support internal communication of IT programs, initiatives, and updates to all stakeholders.
  • Contribute to cross-functional meetings and workshops planning and execution.

Profile:ย 

  • University student or graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to simplify complex technological topics.
  • Organized, proactive, analytical, and eager to bridge business and technology.
  • Curious about enterprise digital transformation.
  • Skilled in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and in AI tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Italian. German is a plus.
