About the Role

THE ROLE

Wella is seeking a dynamic and motivated Chemistry/Natural /Material Science student to join our Innovation-Formulation Research and Development (R&D) team as a working student for a temporary one-year position. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about cosmetics and science to contribute to the development of innovative products while gaining valuable experience in a laboratory setting.

  • Be part of Innovation-Formulation R&D team
  • Utilize essential laboratory techniques and equipment to perform experiments and measurements.
  • Build on your lab expertise through consistent and precise lab work while contributing to our research efforts.
  • Record experimental data thoroughly, ensuring accuracy and completeness to facilitate further analysis and interpretation.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Scientific education (Chemistry/Natural/Material Science) and basic chemistry knowledge
  • Prior experience working in a laboratory setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and analysis.
  • Attention to details and ability to effectively organize the work involving multiple data, documents, and coworkers.
  • Fluent in English
  • Collaborative team player who enjoys working in multi-cultural & diverse teams
