Job Responsibilities


· Assist the Data Steward Team in identifying and analyzing suspected data flaws across business systems and CRM platforms.

· Help prepare recommendations for data harmonization and quality improvements.

· Support Data Stewards with the creation, modification, merging, and health monitoring of master data objects when inconsistencies are discovered.

· Assist in sourcing data from internal databases, data platforms, and approved third-party tools.

· Enter, correct, and merge master data records as directed when data quality issues are identified.

· Provide administrative, documentation, and project support to the Data Steward Team.

· Perform additional tasks and support activities as assigned.


Job Qualifications:


· Demonstrated passion for problem solving and continuous improvement.

· Proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and work as part of a team.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.

· Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.

· Preferred candidate will be pursuing a degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
