We're looking for bright, creative interns to join our Human Resources— Employer Branding & Events team. If you love mixing creativity, people, and strategy, this is the playground for you.

Your impact as an intern

You won't just observe — you'll build, create, and influence. Here's what you'll get to do:

  • Boost our employer brand by helping the recruitment team launch fresh, creative initiatives.
  • Help reinvent PwC's image and bring our brand to life through PwC's New Equation.
  • Create engaging content to attract students and young professionals at recruitment events.
  • Co-design innovative strategies to reach the next generation of talent.
  • Bring events to life by supporting our Event Officer in the organization of recruitment events.
  • Represent PwC at job fairs and internal events, meeting our people and future colleagues.
  • Collaborate across teams with Learning & Development, Communications, and Marketing — and grow your internal network.

About you

You're someone who...

  • Is a final-year Bachelor's or Master's student in Law, Human Resources, Office Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Wants to dive into the world of HR and discover what makes great people strategies.
  • Is looking for a school internship of at least 3 months.
  • Speaks fluent Dutch and/or French, plus English.
  • Is enthusiastic, motivated, and a true team player with a real passion for people.
  • Has a hands-on mentality and strong organizational skills.
  • Loves communicating, connecting, and collaborating with others.
  • Is comfortable with MS Office and has a natural feel for digital tools.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts easily to change.
