Alphega Pharmacie est le premier réseau européen de pharmaciens indépendants qui propose une approche globale à ses 800 adhérents pour booster leur performance et la rentabilité de leur officine.

Responsabilités:

Rattaché à la Directrice Nationale des Ventes, vos missions pour participer au développement d'Alphega Pharmacie en support à l'équipe:

  • Création et mise à jour de tableaux de bords

  • Suivi des KPI de performance terrain

  • Création et mise à jour des supports de réunion et rdvs

  • Création et mise à jour des outils de communication force de vente (argus, ADV…)

  • Aide à l’organisation des séminaires et convention des ventes

  • Aide et support à l’animation de l’équipe terrain et lien avec les fonctions support siège

  • Mission ponctuelle commerciale (phoning, tournée terrain, merchandising)

  • Aider au pilotage des projets stratégiques commerciaux

Profil:

  • Tu es actuellement en école de commerce (une première expérience professionnelle est un plus)

  • Tu as un profil analytique et un bon esprit de synthèse

  • Tu fais preuve d'une bonne communication écrite et orale

  • Tu as une bonne maitrise d’Excel (Rech V, TCD) et powerpoint
