We are looking for a Digital Support Intern located at our Polanco Hub located in Mexico City.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support to Payroll and Human Resources platforms
  • Work in programming and automation improvements
  • Follow-up with interface changes
  • Support daily operations and service-related tasks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital platform support

This Role Might Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Are an active student from: Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Administration or related graduating in June 2027 or a later date.
  • Have an Intermediate English level
  • Have basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel
  • Have strong organizational skills and ability to manage administrative tasks
  • Have previous experience working in customer service (desirable)
  • Have previous experience working from home (desirable)
