About the Role

Job Summary
The Paid Media Intern will support the Growth & Performance Marketing team in executing paid advertising initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to develop both creative and analytical skills while contributing to high-impact brand campaigns and product launches across multiple brands; Innisfree, Hanyul & Mamonde. The ideal candidate is highly organized, eager to learn, and passionate about beauty and digital marketing. They will gain exposure to full-funnel paid media strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including brand marketing, PR, social, and creative. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills will be key to success in this role.

Principal Accountabilities
● Support the Performance & Growth team in planning and executing campaigns for Sephora, DTC and Tiktok Shop channels.
● Develop creative briefs for Paid Social campaigns. Conduct weekly competitive research to identify new opportunities and creative insights to inform briefs.
● Communicate proactively and effectively with cross-functional partners, including brand marketing, PR, social, and creative design teams.
● Manage the delivery of all creative assets to Agency partners, ensuring timely execution and attention to detail.
● Manage monthly invoicing & billing
● Monthly creative reporting; Comfortable pulling reports, analyzing data & presenting to
cross functional teams.
● Actively participate in team meetings, contributing ideas to enhance paid media strategies.
● Stay informed on beauty marketing best practices and emerging industry trends.

Key Experience and Skills

Qualification and Experience
● Obtained a degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or a related field
● Must be available for a 6-month internship
● Must be NYC-based to commute to the office on a hybrid schedule (2-3 days/week)
● Previous work experience at a Media or Creative Marketing Agency
● Passion about skincare and the beauty industry
● Proven interest in paid media and creative strategy.
● Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
● Excellent communication skills with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks
● Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
● Creative thinker with a proactive mindset for identifying trends and opportunities.
● Must be comfortable pulling and analyzing data
