About the Role
 

Marketing & Communication Internship at Web Industries Hartford (Dayville, CT) - SUMMER HELP

Working Monday to Friday from 8am to 430pm

Purpose of the Job

Design and implement engaging, standardized content formats that elevate the employer brand and support company-wide communication. Test and refine approaches based on performance insights, while developing scalable templates and a modular communication framework to improve effectiveness and consistency.


Functional responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a set of reproducible, user-friendly content formats to showcase the employer brand, including (e.g., employee stories, testimonials, behind-the-scenes) with clear templates and guidelines. 
  2. Test and validate content creation and implementation approaches:
    1. Analyze effectiveness based on engagement, clarity, and usability
    2. Identify best-performing formats for broader rollout
  3. Develop and implement a digital company-wide communication format that features a modular, content-driven format, including a first prototype and iterations based on feedback. 
  4. Document and report outcomes - Synthesize key learnings, performance insights, and recommendations, including:  Content performance analysis and recommended formats and templates


Qualifications

  • Pursuing a B.S. degree in business or marketing
  • Ability to prioritize and manage complexity
  • Excellent accuracy of work and attention to detail
  • Ability to influence others and get results working with a diverse team
  • Personal leadership, time management, and problem-solving competencies
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with all levels within and outside of the organization
  • Proficeincy in MS Office, content creation, creativity and storytelling
  • Remote work in CT location
  • U.S. citizenship required
