Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and innovative intern to join our Care & Growth Team this summer. This role is ideal for someone interested in healthcare, startups, business operations, marketing, and emerging technologies such as AI.
As a Growth, Operations & Marketing Innovation Intern, you will work directly with leadership on projects that support business growth, operational efficiency, provider engagement, patient education, and process improvement. You will help create marketing and educational materials, support operational initiatives, build scalable systems, and explore automation opportunities that make our teams more efficient.
This is a hands-on role where you will gain exposure to how a fast-growing healthcare organization operates while contributing to meaningful projects that impact both patients and providers.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Marketing
Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, flyers, one-pagers, and educational resources
Support business development initiatives and provider outreach efforts
Conduct market research and competitive analysis
Assist with event planning, partnership opportunities, and growth initiatives
Help organize and maintain marketing content and resource libraries
Operations & Process Improvement
Support day-to-day operational and administrative projects
Organize workflows, SOPs, templates, and operational documentation
Assist with reporting, tracking, and project coordination
Help identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement
Build and maintain systems that improve team organization and operational consistency
AI & Innovation
Research and evaluate AI tools and emerging technologies
Assist in developing automation solutions for repetitive administrative and operational tasks
Support implementation of AI-assisted workflows and productivity tools
Help build knowledge bases, templates, and scalable operational infrastructure
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process redesign
Patient & Provider Education
Assist in developing educational materials for patients and healthcare providers
Help ensure materials are organized, up to date, and visually engaging
Support training and communication initiatives across teams
Office & Team Support
Assist with office coordination and administrative tasks
Support cross-functional projects across operations, clinical, product, and growth teams
Prepare materials for meetings, trainings, presentations, and special projects
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable learning new technologies and software tools
Positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to take initiative
Preferred Qualifications
Interest in healthcare, startups, business operations, or technology
Experience with Canva, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, or design tools
Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notion AI, Zapier, Make, Airtable, or similar platforms
Experience creating presentations, process documentation, or marketing materials
Bilingual skills are a plus
