About the Role

The Processing Center Admin Assistant requires an individual that is internal customer-oriented and 

can prioritize and multi-task at a quick pace. The primary duties for the Administrative Office  Associate are to receive, and process print jobs, incoming and outgoing mail, scan, file, as well  as assist with other administrative tasks.  

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities 

 

Duties include but are not limited to:   

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Monitor and inventory Supplies
  • Managing client electronic and hardcopy records Annual Filings
  • Process new owner welcome packets
  • Track HO6 insurance
  • Mailing taxes
  • Change of addresses and returned mail
  • Vaulting and e-filing of various documents
  • Process print jobs, scanning and faxing
  • Other tasks as required

Knowledge and Skills 

 

  • Knowledge of general office equipment (copier, fax, phone systems, etc.).
  • Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.
  • Knowledge of company policies, procedures and forms at an expert level.
  • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
  • Professional customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
  • Time management and time critical prioritization skills.

Salary Range

$16 per hour

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED Required
  • Associates Degree Preferred
  • 0 – 3 years of directly related or closely related experience
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience
