PRIMARY PURPOSE: |
The primary purpose of this role is to provide administrative support across the organization while gaining hands-on exposure to the insurance industry through structured shadowing. The Intern assists with data entry, document preparation, filing, and general office tasks, and observes experienced professionals across various departments – including underwriting, claims, and client service – to learn how policies are quoted, issued, and serviced. This position is designed for an entry-level individual who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and reliable, and who will contribute to the day-to-day efficiency and success of the team. |

The workspace is typically climate-controlled with standard office lighting and noise levels. Occasional walking, standing, or light lifting (up to 15 pounds) may be required. |
