About the Role

What will you do?

  • Supporting material planning and replenishment activities through data analysis from MRP and ERP systems.
  • Monitoring and analyzing inventory levels, shortages, and excess stock, helping identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Assisting in the creation, automation, and maintenance of Excelbased reports and dashboards to track material flow KPIs.
  • Supporting purchase order followup and data accuracy, helping ensure system information aligns with operational reality.
  • Participating in continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives, including automation of repetitive tasks.
  • Collaborating with planning, warehouse, production, and supply chain teams to support daily execution and material availability.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

  • A strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis); knowledge of macros, Power Query, or process automation is a strong plus.
  • Interest in manufacturing, material flow, and supply chain operations.
  • Curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to learn how planning concepts translate into shopfloor execution.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic, operational environment.

    • IT / Digital Transformation (where applicable)

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, International Business, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
    • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
    • Ability to work on multiple projects, manage priorities effectively, and collaborate with diverse teams.
    • Motivation to learn, analyze data, and improve processes.
