Job Summary

Superior Construction is seeking motivated high school students to participate in our Summer Pre-Apprenticeship Program. This program provides hands-on experience and classroom-supported learning designed to introduce students to careers in the construction industry.

Participants will work alongside trained professionals in a structured and safety-focused environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on construction activities in a controlled shop environment

• Assist with basic construction and labor tasks under supervision

• Attend classroom sessions to support practical learning

• Participate in field visits with safety professionals

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Incoming high school junior or senior

• Interest in construction, skilled trades, or related field

• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Reliable transportation to and from work location

• Must have parental or legal guardian permission to participate

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
