ID Logistics Canada – XYY1 in Ajax, ON is looking for an ICQA Data Analyst to join our growing team for three (3) months. Reporting to the Stock Manager the ICQA Data Analyst will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

· Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to inventory accuracy, cycle counts, quality trends, and operational performance.
 
· Develop daily, weekly, and monthly ICQA reports, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership review.
 
· Identify discrepancies, patterns, and root causes impacting inventory accuracy and quality assurance.
 
· Support cycle count processes by validating results and tracking variances.
 
· Conduct deep-dive investigations into inventory issues, shrink, and process gaps.
 
· Partner with Operations Supervisors, Inventory Control, and Quality teams to implement corrective actions.
 
· Monitor key ICQA performance metrics such as accuracy %, defect rate, count compliance, and audit results.
 
· Maintain data integrity through validation, reconciliation, and error-checking processes.
 
· Present insights and findings to management to support data-driven decision making.
 
· Support ongoing and ad-hoc ICQA projects during the contract term.

Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Business, Mathematics, or related field.
 Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a warehouse, logistics, 3PL, or fulfillment environment.
 Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query an asset).
 Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
 Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software is an asset.
 Understanding of ICQA principles, cycle counts, root-cause analysis, and inventory workflows.
 Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
 Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely.
 Ability to work independently and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
