About the Role

Job Description

Are you passionate about Human Resources and eager to kickstart your career in a dynamic and supportive environment? LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition & Communication Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and work alongside experienced professionals.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment administrative activities throughout the hiring process.

  • Assist in preparing onboarding materials, coordinating schedules, and organizing welcome activities for new hires.

  • Create engaging communication materials to support employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives, and internal events.

  • Support employer branding initiatives through social media content, career fairs, and university partnership activities.

  • Provide administrative support and assist with other projects and tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Do you have what it takes:

  • Third- or final-year university student, preferably majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proficient in graphic design tools such as Canva; knowledge of Photoshop or other design tools is an advantage.

  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual design and content creation.

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

  • Passionate about Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Communication.
