About the Role

Responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of Agency Marketing & Engagement - Marketing & Communications department on either full-time or part-time basis, with the aim of learning practical knowledge of the business area, the company and the industry.

This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey—both directly and indirectly.

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and vendors to deliver successful agency marketing campaigns.
  • Support agency marketing & communication campaigns to ensure smooth operations, including pre‑event preparations (e.g. research, creation of internal promotional materials, and development of content for social media channels) and post‑event tasks (e.g. compiling report summaries, monitoring, reporting, and analysing the performance of marketing and communication campaigns, and making recommendations for improvements).
  • Provide administrative support to the team as required.
  • Provide general operational support as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Undergraduate students majoring in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Public Relations, or related disciplines.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong interest in marketing, communications, and the insurance industry
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn with a positive attitude
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and responsible, with a strong sense of ownership
  • You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities
