Co-op 6-Month Internship Program – Business Optimization

Position Responsibilities:
- Support the design and development of automation solutions to streamline special quote workflows
- Analyse campaign performance across different channels and products
- Explore and test use cases for AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) in business workflows
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track sales and campaign performance
- Work with actuarial and provide support on ad hoc tasks and projects as required by the department, demonstrating flexibility and a keenness to learn.
Required Qualifications:
- Open to candidates from business related, actuarial, statistics, computer science
- Able to work independently, good problem-solving aptitude
- Able to work full time from 2026 Jul – Dec
Preferred Qualifications:
- Interest in AI tools and automation (no prior experience required, but curiosity is key)
- Exposure to Power BI / SQL / Python is a plus
