What you´ll build


As part of the Office of the Chief Partner Officer (CPO), the Working Student / SAP iXp Intern role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in SAP’s Partner Ecosystem Success organization. In this diverse and flexible role within our team, you will support essential PMO tasks and day-to-day operations that enable the team to focus on strategic initiatives.

 

In this diverse role you will be responsible for:

  • Organizing team SharePoint, internal knowledge repositories, and Distribution lists (DLs)
  • Supporting the team with PMO and admin responsibilities (e.g. meeting notes, file structuring, updating tracking documents)
  • Ad-hoc picking up office packages/letters for PES colleagues
  • Support EA in the SLT offsite project for finding locations
  • Creating high-quality, engaging internal/external content
  • Conducting data analysis and assisting in the planning activities of the office

 

What you bring 

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Design skills to create social media cards and email banners
  • Interest in SAP’s portfolio and technology trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. German is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
  • Flexibility to manage changing priorities and deadlines
  • Proactive, self-motivated mindset
  • Prior office experience is a plus but not required
