JOB PURPOSE

 

The Clienteling and Campaign Intern will contribute to key CRM and Clienteling projects, providing analytical, operational and strategic support to HQ stakeholders and Regional CRM teams. The role combines campaign execution, performance analysis, reporting and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the effective rollout and adoption of CRM and Clienteling initiatives

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Support the planning, creation and deployment of CRM campaigns and newsletters across multiple channels, coordinating the end-to-end process from briefing to launch.
  • Support the communication and rollout of key CRM and Clienteling initiatives across Regions, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
  • Monitor the performance of CRM campaigns and strategic Clienteling initiatives through KPI tracking, recurring analyses and reporting activities, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations for Regional CRM teams and key stakeholders.
  • Support the maintenance and enhancement of reporting tools, dashboards and tracking files, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and reliability.
  • Assist in the preparation of strategic presentations, business reviews, training materials and communication documents for Regional teams and Top Management.
  • Collaborate closely with Regional CRM teams, Retail, Merchandising, Events, Communication and HQ stakeholders on cross-functional projects.

 

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

 

Master's Degree in Economics, Marketing or Luxury Goods Management.

Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.

Proactive attitude, strong sense of ownership and willingness to take initiative.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding client behavior and business dynamics.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Fluent English, Italian at least B2
