General Summary
Essential Job Accountabilities
Maintains inventory levels, orders materials and performs all shipping and receiving functions to ensure stock levels meet business demands in a cost effective manner.
Coordinates delivery of materials and tools to the field in a cost effective and efficient manner to meet project schedules.
Communicates daily with manager and maintains records and invoices on parts to assist in the proper coordination of construction schedules.
Perform periodic maintenance on small tools equipment to ensure tools are in good operating order before delivery to jobs.
Develop and maintain good relationships with Granite suppliers to ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods.
Facilitate a safety first attitude in all work to ensure Company safety standards are met.
Coordinate mechanical support for the field when necessary to mitigate potential down time of small tools equipment.
Depending on location provide pick-up and delivery service of tools and supplies and inspect all vehicles to ensure timely and safe delivery.
Education
High School diploma required and current enrollment at an accredited institution of higher learning such as a college or university.
Field of Study
Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred of technical training and related experience.
Work Experience
0-3 years progressive experience in small tools environment preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
General understanding of parts, inventory, ordering, and construction.
Mechanically inclined.
Must be detail oriented.
Basic knowledge of hand tools
Able to handle a fast pace work environment
Ability to multi task
Basic computer skills

Projects with joint-venture agreements (JVs), benefits will be governed by those agreements. For positions covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBAs), the benefits will be governed by the applicable CBA.
Benefits may vary for positions located outside of the continental United States.
Base Hourly Wage Range
Hourly: $20.00 $30.00Pay may vary based on relevant experience, skills, location, and education among other factors. Collective Bargaining Agreements will govern as applicable.
