Internship from July to December 2026

 

PRADA RETAIL France, a subsidiary of the PRADA Group, manages the retail activities of Prada and Miu Miu across France, Monaco, and Belgium. The collections are distributed exclusively through a network of directly operated boutiques.

 

RESPONSABILITIES

As part of the Human Resources team, you will support the Talent Acquisition Manager in both Recruitment and Campus Relations activities:

  • Posting job openings and managing applications,
  • Demonstrating agility in recruiting for both Prada and Miu Miu,
  • Sourcing candidates and building talent pools across all business functions,
  • Progressively participating in the full recruitment process, with the objective of independently managing searches over time,
  • Building a database of target schools and universities to develop long-term partnerships and relationships,
  • Launching and managing the internship recruitment campaign,
  • Monitoring competitors and emerging recruitment trends and practices,
  • Creating content and communication materials for Prada and Miu Miu Talent Days,
  • Managing communication through LinkedIn and supporting employer branding initiatives,
  • This list is not exhaustive and will include projects related to recruitment, campus relations, candidate experience, and employer branding, depending on the HR team's priorities.

 

PROFILE

You are currently pursuing a postgraduate degree (Master’s level or equivalent) in Human Resources and are interested in a career in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Business Partner roles.

You are eager to develop a business-oriented approach to Human Resources.

Ideally, you have already gained initial exposure to the retail industry through a previous internship or work experience.

You are interested in discovering the behind-the-scenes world of the fashion industry.

You are sensitive to candidate experience and employer branding challenges.

You have a professional working proficiency in English (ability to screen candidates in English and interact with headquarters).

You are positive, proactive, and detail-oriented.

You are comfortable working in a project-based environment and collaborating within a team.
