About the Role

À propos du poste:

Durant votre alternance, vous serez rattaché(e) au « Responsable amélioration continue ».

 

Principales missions:

Les missions qui vous seront confiées seront les suivantes : 

  • Soutien de la mise en place de la démarche d’amélioration continue (Coaching et aide méthodologique)
  • Standardiser la démarche (définition et mise en application de standards, procédures et process)
  • Mise à jour des KPI
  • Proposition et mise en place d’axes d’améliorations
  • Participation aux activités terrain

Votre profil:

De formation « Bac +3 à +5 » en management industriel, vous disposez d’une première expérience technique en amélioration continue. Alternance sur 24 ou 36 mois.

 

Connaissance nécessaires :

  • Compétences en amélioration continue
  • Anglais (capable de tenir une conférence Visio)

 

Compétences :

  • Bon relationnel
  • Force de proposition, autonome, créatif
  • Connaissance du secteur agroalimentaire
