This position is located at our Capitol Branch, 3001 N Lincoln Blvd, OKC 73105.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:

- Delivers our Service Promises in every internal and external member contact.
- Provides high quality desktop support to OKCU staff.
- Provides application support for a broad range of software applications.
- Troubleshoots basic network, desktop, laptop, and ancillary hardware issues.
- Supports a broad range of projects, such as hardware audit and system improvements.
- Review and maintain technical documentation.
- Develops and maintains a working knowledge of front-line OKCU systems, and how they impact the overall organization.
- Participates in technical aspects of OKCU system implementation projects.
- Participate in Incident Response and any Digital Forensic needs.
- Design, Implementation, and support of new information security systems.
- Assisting with Policy and Procedure Reviews.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Currently attending a college/university for a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
