About the Role

What will you do?

  • Coordinate and track all warranty-related activities, including registration, validation, claims processing, and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as the key point of contact for documentation and warranty status between project teams, customers, suppliers, and service teams.
  • Support plant project managers in maintaining document control systems, version tracking, and centralized repositories.
  • Monitor warranty claim trends and provide insights to improve quality, customer satisfaction, and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (engineering, procurement, service, and quality teams) to resolve warranty issues efficiently.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, documentation workflows, and warranty management practices.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Proficiency in Excel and data tracking/reporting tools.
  • Fluency in English
  • Be a team player, be open to learning and developing new skills

Graduation date December 2026 or June 2027 or later (MUST)

Location: Planta Qro. 1.: Avenida Vesta No 23 y 25, Vesta Park Queretaro, Municipio Colón, C.P. 76295, Queretaro.
