YOUR MISSION

Are you a talented, ambitious, and detail-oriented individual looking for a fast-paced experience in one of the fastest-growing startups in Romania? Glovo is seeking an Account Manager Intern to join our dynamic Commercial team in Bucharest.

If you are passionate about the e-commerce and delivery market, love optimizing business operations, and want to play a direct role in helping our partners succeed, this opportunity is for you!

THE JOURNEY

  • Conducting full store audits to ensure perfect online execution.

  • Managing content and visual identity (updating profile pictures, cover images, and tags/filters).

  • Running operational quality checks (Reviews check, AVR checks, Uptime check, and scheduled timing checks).

  • Ensuring our top partners maintain their Prime status and optimal visibility.

2. Empowering the Account Management Team:

  • Presentations: Collaborating with AMs to build high-impact business reviews and pitch decks for partners.

  • Dashboards: Building, updating, and analyzing performance dashboards to track partner growth metrics.

  • SoW (Share of Wallet) Recovery: Helping AMs identify lost revenue opportunities and executing recovery strategies to win back partner volume.
