The Opportunity: This internship offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of Human Resources, specifically talent acquisition, at Allegro MicroSystems. You'll receive hands-on experience, mentorship from experienced HR professionals, and exposure to various HR functions beyond just recruiting. It's a chance to contribute to meaningful projects, network within Allegro, and build a strong foundation for a career in HR.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team with various recruitment activities, including posting job openings on internal and external platforms.

  • Screen resumes and applications for entry-level positions.

  • Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications.

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire packets and coordinating first-day logistics.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth interview process.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in recruitment systems.

  • Perform new hire onboarding activities and program

Who You Are:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management

  • Can render at least 500 hours

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally.

  • Willing to work onsite in Paranaque

  • Willing to work from Mondays to Fridays, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
