About the Role

Your Task:

  • Responsible for the new employee onboarding process, including confirmation of onboarding, material collection, signing of contracts and related documents, etc., both online and onsite.
  • Facilitate exit process, including process review, informing all internal parties, explain enquires to ensure there are no disputes or controversies.
  • Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and personnel files online and offline
  • Be responsible for contract renewal and probation evaluation tracking.
  • Coordinating HR ELM process harmonization and standardization
  • Lead Employee Orientation(NEO)/OJT/Transfer, ensure 100% enrolment upon internal/external audit requirements and support new employee to adapt to new environment quickly
  • Work together with HRBP to define annual training plan based on business needs and training budget , execute it accordingly.
  • Gradually build and manage internal trainers' group and training community cooperatively.
  • Guide and support internal trainers to improve training effectiveness and quality.

Your Profile:

  • Able to work 3 to 4 days weekly
  • Proficient in using learning management systems and other relevant software tools
  • Highly responsible for the work and can work under high pressure
  • Detail-orientated, process orientated and positive attitude
  • Good communication skills, coordination and problem-solving skills
  • Good in written English
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
