About the Role

Job Responsibilities  

  • Support the maintenance and accuracy of APAC HR master data, ensuring data integrity and compliance with established HR processes. 

  • Assist in monitoring and controlling HR data transactions to enhance data accuracy and processing timeliness. 

  • Generate HR reports, dashboards, and scorecards to support business and management reporting requirements. 

  • Perform data analysis, statistical reporting, and HRIS queries to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement 

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new interns, including welcome communications, employee ID creation, and system access coordination. 

  • Support intern offboarding activities, ensuring timely completion of exit procedures and documentation. 

  • Provide administrative and operational support for HR projects, employee requests, and personnel records management. 

  • Other ad-hoc will be assigned from time to time including corporate comms and office services related tasks. 

 

Requirements  

  • Currently pursing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics or any related discipline  

  • Strong analytical, research, & problem-solving skills. Ability to deal with ambiguity & formulate root cause analyses on potential issues   

  • Understands data structures and able to recognize patterns within data and information; detail oriented, organized   

  • Experienced in using data reporting and visualization tools, e.g. Power BI (data modeling, data expressions, data visualizations), Tableau, Visier, SQL, etc. is a plus 

  • Experienced in various automation platforms such as UiPath, PowerApps is a plus  

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, able to multi-task, and maintain accurate records   

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills   

  • Proficient in oral and written English  

  • A good team player with high level of maturity and independence
