Job Description

Responsibilities
• Monitor maturity and prepare loan drawdowns, rollovers, interest, and derivative-related payments promptly
• Input treasury transactions accurately in the SAP system
• Prepare regular reports on interest rate and foreign exchange exposures, liquidity, and other treasury positions for the REIT
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly capital markets reports to the Board
• Assist with year-end audit confirmations to banks
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
• Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Accountancy, or any other related disciplines 
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel 
• Detail-oriented and meticulous
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
