Job Description

  • Supporting employee data administration, document handling, and filing system
  • Supporting attendance monitoring, leave records, and employee database updates
  • Preparing HR letters, memo, and employment administration documents
  • Excel tracking, employee records update, and reporting
  • Supporting employee requests and HR operational activities

 

Job Requirements

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in Administrative Management / Information Technology from a reputable university
  • Proficient in Ms. Excel and PowerPoint, and familiar with other creative or interactive media tools
  • High creativity, able to handle multitasking, and demonstrate strong learning agility
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good English proficiency, both oral and written
  • Experience in handling database is preferred
  • Willing to be placed in LCI Site, Cilegon
