What will you be doing?
As a Strategy Intern at frog, you will collaborate with designers, technologists, and program managers to envision and create new products, services, and experiences. You may work across any stage of the product development lifecycle, but your role is to ensure that the concepts and designs are sensitive to both the needs of users and our clients’ businesses.
You are empathetic, curious, humble, and creative. You don’t accept the world as you find it but strive to improve it. You are skilled at reducing complexity to hone-in on the essence of a business or strategy issue. You enjoy learning.
We want you to have:
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills & the ability to prepare compelling presentations in Keynote and PowerPoint
- Current or recent enrolment in Master's degree program (e.g. MBA, International Management, Research, Innovation, etc.)
- An undergraduate degree in business, entrepreneurship, finance, research, engineering, anthropology, human-computer interaction, or liberal arts
- Experience tackling ambiguous questions and developing structured approaches to solve them
- Strong interest and passion for staying up to date with current trends and developments across technology, AI, business, and sustainability
- Solid data know-how and literacy, with the ability to translate qualitative and quantitative data into insights that inform decision making, including experience in financial modeling or statistical analysis using Excel or other statistical software (e.g. SPSS)
- Minimum of Level C1 German skills, C1 English skills
- Minimum of 6-month availability for an internship
It would be a bonus if you had:
- Hands on research expertise, from qualitative research methods to quantitative research skills including survey design and data analysis
- Leverage AI to accelerate and augment research (e.g. synthetic personas)
- Experience in identifying and delivering on growth opportunities and bringing products or services to market
- Exposure to current sustainability frameworks (e.g. SDG, CSRD, SBTI, etc.)
- Experience working in a creative environment with designers, and an interest in human-centered design (sometimes called design thinking)

- Many health and wellness services / products leverage personal data for better health outcomes. How would you advise a company on how to balance data privacy and security against usability and societal benefits?
- Several companies are working on forms of flying cars / drone taxis. What strategies would you advise a company to employ in order to drive consumer adoption of this new category of transportation?
- In a rapidly changing world, what time horizons make sense for strategic planning? How would you advise a global 2000 company to think about their planning in light of social and environmental concerns?
