We are looking for a highly talented Postgraduate Engineer - MSc/PhD (1-year term), to join our Autonomous Systems team and lead the development of a foundation model that will serve as the backbone of our autonomous robot.
Responsibilities:
- Process large-scale, multi-modal data from diverse sources.
- Design, develop, and build Foundation Models to support perception for autonomous agents.
- Build data pipelines, training frameworks, and evaluation methodologies.
Requirements:
- M.Sc./Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from a recognized academic institution; graduated with honors.
- Strong background in Visual Transformers
- Up to 1 year of hands-on experience in Deep Learning, including academic or research projects.
- Experience in model training, fine-tuning, and neural network architecture design.
- Experience with Pytorch framework.
- Experience working with large datasets and data preprocessing pipelines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Nice to have: background in LLMs, VLMs, VLAs, or robotics.
