The role

As an intern in one of our Customer Development roles, you will have the chance to turn your ideas into real impact while letting your creativity shine.

With this internship, you will support exciting projects that give you hands-on experience with the business. You will analyze shopper and consumer data to uncover trends and preferences, assess commercial performance, and help shape actionable recommendations. You will also gain insights into the competitive landscape across different categories.

Along the way, you will contribute to consumer research, assist in managing projects, and support marketing campaigns and innovation initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, building strong collaboration skills while developing both your analytical (hard) skills and your communication and teamwork (soft) skills.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Analyze retailer performance and write shelf advice.

  • Conduct market analysis and translate findings into actionable insights.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to optimize performance and shelf distribution.

  • Advise clients based on data analysis and maintain client relationships.

  • Support the set-up and execution of consumer research.

  • Assist in retailer presentations and stakeholder engagement.

  • Organize events, fairs.


We're looking for someone who

  • You are available for 5 to 6 months starting September 2026 (minimum 32 hours/week).

  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor (3rd or 4th year) or Master program.

  • You excel in project and stakeholder management.

  • You are fluent in English.

  • You can work with Excel and PowerPoint.

  • You are curious, eager to learn, and independent.

  • You have an interest in commercial strategy.

  • You are a team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.
