Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

General Administrative & Operational Support:

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and operational functions as directed by their supervisor.
  • Support internal teams with research, data gathering, and preparation of reports.
  • Help maintain organized records, files, and documentation across internal systems.
  • Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, and internal communications as needed.

Project Support:

  • Contribute to ongoing projects and special initiatives under the guidance of their supervisor.
  • Conduct research and compile information to support project planning and execution.
  • Assist with tracking project milestones, action items, and deliverable timelines.
  • Support cross-functional communication by helping facilitate information-sharing between teams.
  • Assist with other ad hoc tasks and requests as directed by their supervisor.

Education and Experience

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Business Administration, Communications, Operations, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative and proactive team player with a professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
  • Prior internship or professional experience in a related field is a plus but not required.
