About the Role

Oferujemy wynagrodzenie w wysokości 6 984 zł brutto oraz umowę o pracę. 



Twój zakres zadań: 

  • Tworzenie, zmiana i archiwizacja stałych danych dostawców oraz odbiorców
  • Weryfikacja Numerów Identyfikacji Podatkowej kontrahentów
  • Zarządzanie certyfikatami rezydencji
  • Nadzór nad pocztą przychodzącą
  • Zarządzanie narzedziami do ewidencji projektów i zmian
  • Wsparcie w realizacji projektów na platformie MS Power
  • Wsparcie w realizacji kontroli w ramach systemu kontroli wewnętrznej
  • Wsparcie przy projekcie KSEF

 

Nasze wymagania: 

  • Wykształcenie wyższe kierunkowe (preferowane kierunki: Finanse i Ekonomia, Analiza Danych, Informatyka oraz pokrewne)
  • Znajomość j. angielskiego oraz j. niemieckiego na poziomie min. B1
  • Znajomość pakietu MS Office na poziomie średniozaawansowanym
  • Znajomość zasad Rachunkowości
  • Umiejętność pracy w zespole
  • Dobra samoorganizacja pracy  
  • Pozytywna postawa i konstruktywne podejście do pracy
  • Zorientowanie na rozwiązywanie problemów
  • Komunikatywność

 

Mile widziane: 

  • Znajomość systemu SAP
