We consistency achieve the highest and healthiest gestational age possible for babies. VPS's MFM Specialists assist their OB/Gyns in delivering their babies safely and with less risk of complications.
About the Role

Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Business Development department through a variety of project-based assignments. The role is designed to offer exposure to real-world business operations and process development, while supporting team productivity. The intern will work under the direction of the Director of Business Development.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Perform data extraction, entry, and insertion tasks across systems and platforms
  • Assist in the development, improvement, and documentation of operational processes
  • Support various ongoing and short-term business development initiatives
  • Carry out additional administrative or project tasks assigned
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Demonstrated computer literacy and comfort with common digital tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to problem-solve and adapt in a dynamic work environment
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and collaboratively
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Education /Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to sit, type and 10key for extended period
