Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Intern to support our sales and marketing teams. This role is ideal for someone interested in developing hands-on experience in market research, data analysis, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. The intern will play a key role in improving data quality, identifying market opportunities, and enabling more effective sales outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct research on target industries, companies, and key decision-makers to support sales strategy
- Build prospect lists aligned with ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
- Summarize findings into actionable insights for sales and marketing teams
CRM Data Management
- Input, update, and maintain accurate contact and account data in the CRM system
- Perform data cleansing to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of records
- Enrich CRM data using external research tools (e.g., LinkedIn, company websites, databases)
- Segment and organize contacts for targeted campaigns and outreach
Sales Support
- Support outbound campaign preparation (email lists, contact verification, etc.)
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on campaign tracking and reporting
- Help maintain dashboards and reports on pipeline and lead activity

Requirements

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
