We work with 100,000+ creators and 12,000+ brands and build the operating system for social content. We are a fast-growing startup with over €6 million in VC funding. We are based in Cologne and operate in DACH, the Netherlands, Italy and UK.</p>

<ul>
<li>Takes ownership of the satisfaction of our international customers</li>
<li>Is eager to get to know our software in depth and help improve it</li>
<li>Has a good feeling for social media, trends & content</li>
<li>Speaks fluent Dutch and German</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p>
<p><strong>You are the first point of contact for our Dutch customers:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>You answer all questions about our platform and services</li>
<li>You support our customers and content creators with challenges, ensuring that collaborations run smoothly and platform requirements are met</li>
<li>You proactively mediate between brands and creators when collaboration doesn't run smoothly</li>
<li>You learn to identify up- and cross-selling opportunities and develop these customer relationships further</li>
<li>You collect feedback from the Dutch market and bring it directly back to the team</li>
</ul>

<li>Fluent Dutch and German</li>
<li>You are proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn and take on responsibility</li>
<li>You can resolve conflicts with empathy and understanding so that all parties benefit in the end</li>
<li>You work in a structured, reliable way and move things forward on your own initiative</li>
<li>You're on TikTok & Instagram every day and understand what works</li>
</ul>
