About the Role

Resumen del cargo 


Fortalecer las competencias en el área de hotelería y turismo mediante el desarrollo de las funciones definidas por el departamento de operaciones, cumpliendo con los deberes establecidos en el contrato de aprendizaje.

 

Principales Responsabilidades

 

  • Apoyar en la atención al cliente de manera presencial, telefónica y virtual.
  • Asistir en tareas administrativas y operativas.
  • Colaborar en la promoción de productos y servicios turísticos.

 

Requisitos para postularse

 

  • Formación técnica o tecnológica en Hotelería y Turismo o áreas afines.
  • Estudiante activo y con autorización por parte de la universidad o institución educativa para la firma del contrato de aprendizaje.
  • Manejo básico de herramientas ofimáticas (Word, Excel, correo electrónico).
  • Habilidades de comunicación y orientación al servicio.
