Join us for a 1-year paid internship designed to let you apply your classroom learnings to real world challenges.  Our internships have a thoughtful balance of networking, executive speakers, community involvement, big meaty projects (no paper filing here!) and fun!

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business data and develop reports using advanced Excel to support decision-making.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Execute assigned projects and initiatives with a high level of ownership, accountability, and strong follow-through.
  • Communicate progress, insights, and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
  • Apply structured and analytical thinking to solve business problems and support category strategy development.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Currently enrolled university student (7th semester or above) pursuing a degree in
    • Industrial Engineering
    • Systems Engineering / Technology
    • Business Administration or related fields
  • Intermediate to advanced level of English

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong adaptability to technology, with exposure to AI and automation tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Clear and assertive communication skills.
  • Positive, proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn.
  • High level of ownership and execution capability.
