Propósito del Rol

Desarrollo de un modelo predictivo de ventas utilizando técnicas de analítica avanzada e inteligencia artificial, con el objetivo de mejorar la precisión en la planeación comercial y la toma de decisiones estratégicas. El rol incluye la recopilación y análisis de datos históricos, la construcción y validación de modelos predictivos, así como la generación de insights accionables para el negocio.

Responsabilidades clave

· Descarga y actualización de información de ventas desde distintas fuentes de datos

· Elaboración y mantenimiento de bases de datos para análisis predictivo

· Apoyo en la limpieza, validación y preparación de datos históricos

· Soporte en el desarrollo de modelos predictivos de ventas

· Actualización de variables, parámetros y estructuras de bases de datos

· Generación de reportes y dashboards BI para áreas comerciales

· Apoyo en el análisis de resultados y generación de insights básicos

• Estudiante activo(a) de Estadísticas, Ingeniería en Sistemas, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial, Business Analytics
• Alta capacidad de aprendizaje y curiosidad por desarrollarse
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo en entornos colaborativos
• Actitud proactiva y enfoque de “hacer que las cosas pasen”
• Conocimientos avanzado de: Excel, office, herramientas de análisis de datos, etc.
• Habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo
• Atención al detalle y enfoque en la calidad
• Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas y priorizar
• Nivel de inglés intermedio
