Functietitel – Supplier Quality & Raw Material Qualification Intern

Locatie – Maastricht, The Netherlands

As a Raw Material Qualification Intern, you will support the Global Raw Material Qualification / Supplier Quality team in maintaining high standards of quality and compliance through strong master data management, reporting creation, and participation in digitalization and continuous improvement activities. You will work in a global, cross-functional environment collaborating with stakeholders across Procurement, Formulation, and Regional Quality. The position offers hands-on experience in a global environment with meaningful impact on supplier and raw material qualification processes. Your key responsibilities

• Support raw material qualification & master data processes;
• Maintain and improve raw material & supplier master data integrity by tracking accuracy, completeness of critical fields, and low rework rate on updates;
• Dashboards creation & KPI tracking;
• Support the improvement of raw material cycle-times and process-efficiency gains in targeted workflows;
• Digitalization & continuous improvement support;
• Supplier audits & complaints support (exposure to supplier quality routines).

• Strong cross-Functional collaboration with regional Premix Raw Material Specialists (PRMS), documentalists, and global system support. Shared initiatives with other HNC segments, Regulatory, Procurement, Formulation, Master Data Management Teams, and Global Projects;
• The start date is flexible and can be set between July 1 and October 2026. The initial contract is for a minimum duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

You bring

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail; comfortable working with structured datasets;
• Strong Excel skills (data cleaning, pivot tables, formulas, structured reporting);
• Clear communication skills; ability to document procedures and structure information;
• Strong interest in data and processes and Project Management skills;
• Exposure to SAP/ERP and master data concepts (material/vendor master, governance) is a plus. Familiarity with supplier quality concepts (ISO 9001/GMP basics, FSSC 22000, HACCP, risk analysis, GMP frameworks, management of change, audit principles, CAPA) is a plus;
• You will have student status during the term of the agreement, i.e., from July 2026 to December 2026 (minimum 6 months).
