What you will do

工作职责

  • 研发与技术支持
    • 支持研发及相关项目资料准备、实验或技术支持工作
    • 协助收集、整理与分析技术及产品相关信息
    • 支持产品合规、研发支持及跨职能项目中的基础工作
  • 医学与合规支持
    • 支持医学与安全科学相关团队按照SOP、WI及公司政策推进项目与活动
    • 协助推广资料审核流程的管理与监控，支持合规相关的数据整理与流程优化
  • 市场与竞品分析
    • 根据品牌及研发需求，进行市场及竞品信息搜集、整合与分析
    • 参与数据整理、数据库整合及相关分析支持工作
  • 数字化与AI应用
    • 利用AI及数字化工具进行信息检索、数据分析及报告模板化输出
    • 支持创新型数字化解决方案在项目中的应用，提升工作效率
  • 项目与日常运营支持
    • 支持团队日常项目执行、资料准备及跨团队协作
    • 根据项目需要，灵活参与不同模块的支持工作

 

岗位要求

  • 本科及以上学历在校生，专业不限；药学/制药工程/化学/生物/材料相关方向优先；
  • 积极主动，拥有强烈的求知欲与进取心；
  • 愿意接受挑战，乐于关注新鲜事物，不畏艰难；
  • 具有团队协作精神，能与小伙伴共同成长；
  • 对消费者健康领域及研发/医学/合规有浓厚兴趣；

·       沟通能力出色，工作细心，能熟练使用或乐于学习 AI/数字化工具 解决实际问题，英语流利。
