About the Role

1.Channel Management:

  • Engage with distributors, ensuring smooth order processing, inventory management, and sales tracking.
  • Handle monthly and quarterly order plans, including ad-hoc orders, using SAP quotation tools, and CRM opportunity tools.
  • Assist in the annual renewal of distributor contracts and rebate applications.
  • Track and record monthly sales estimates and potential opportunities reported by distributors.
  • Marketing / activity administration

2.Administrative Support and Other Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and edit sales reports and presentations.
  • Provide administrative support to OEM sales members as needed.
  • Compile and analyze business data using Excel.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, coordinating logistics such as venue booking, catering, and equipment setup.
  • Administrative assistance to system integrators and OEM customers, including handling contracts, rebate applications.

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an sales assistant, sales coordinator, or office administrator.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • English proficiency.
