What you will do

SUMMER INTERN for:

工作职责

1. 负责数据的收集、整理和分析，支持供应链决策。

2. 参与供应链流程的优化和改进，提高整体供应链的效率和响应速度。

3. 参与供应链相关的项目工作，如新产品导入、流程改进项目等。

4. 与生产、销售、财务等其他部门沟通协作。

5. 整理并分析生产工艺与运营数据，参与周/月度看板复盘，通过数据可视化发现异常问题与改进机会。

6. 参与生产流程梳理与现场调研，结合数据与一线观察，识别影响效率、质量和成本的关键环节，并协助推进优化。

7. 支持工艺、质量与效率改善项目的实施，与生产、质量等团队协作，参与流程优化、工具建设及标准化落地。

岗位要求

1. 本科及以上学历在校生，专业不限（理工科/管理类均可）；工业工程（IE）/质量管理/工艺工程/生产运营与管理/供应链/统计与数据分析等与持续改进相关方向优先；

2. 积极主动，拥有强烈的求知欲与进取心；

3. 愿意接受挑战，乐于关注新鲜事物，不畏艰难；

4. 具有团队协作精神，能与小伙伴共同成长；

5. 对消费者健康领域有浓厚兴趣；

6. 沟通能力出色，英语流利。
