We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital eCommerce & Campaign Operations Intern to support Singtel's eShop Mobile and Accessories portfolio.

 

This role offers hands-on exposure to digital commerce, online marketing campaigns, website operations, and customer experience management.

The intern will play a key role in supporting day-to-day campaign execution, content management, website updates, and operational processes that contribute to online sales growth and conversion optimization. Working closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing Communications, Business Operations, Developers, Designers, and Product Managers, the intern will help ensure a seamless and engaging online shopping experience for customers.

Make an Impact by

 

  • Support the achievement of eShop Mobile and Accessories sales targets, including online sales contribution goals.
  • Assist in the execution of weekly campaigns, promotions, and tactical initiatives to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue.
  • Support content and merchandising updates across Singtel.com, Spring Digital, Detox, and Accessories pages.
  • Assist with updating promotional banners, product listings, pricing information, promotional mechanics, and Terms & Conditions.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure website content accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist in preparing campaign communications, including SMS campaigns, eDMs, and retargeting eDM activities.
  • Coordinate with Developers, Business Operations, Marcom, Designers, and other stakeholders to ensure promotions and website updates are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Assist with order verification processes, stock monitoring, fulfilment follow-ups, and customer escalations arising from online purchases.
  • Support operational reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Skills for Success

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, E-Commerce, Digital Media, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in eCommerce, digital marketing, and online business operations.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in content and data management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with CMS, email marketing, CRM campaigns, or eCommerce platforms is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take ownership.
  • Team player with a customer-first mindset.
