Position Overview:
A Business Transformation Intern will gain hands-on experience within INNIO supporting multiple business areas. They work under the supervision of the business transformation team.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategies and roadmaps.
  • Conduct research to identify customer needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
  • Help in the creation of documentation and presentations.
  • Participate in agile development processes and work with project management tools.
  • Support in the analysis of performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Assist in coordinating product launches, business initiatives and go-to-market strategies.
     
Qualifications:
  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in business transformation & related focus areas.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
