About the Role
To support our Events team we are searching for a Intern Global Events (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- General admin tasks to support with behind-the-scenes tasks to bring an event to life, e.g. shipping samples, updating creative decks, and post event gifting management
- Responsible for post event reporting presentation and internal sharing of event assets
- Responsible for weekly reports to the management team
- Sample cupboard and archive management
- New supplier research and sample testing (where needed)
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure the safe delivery of our event materials and facilitating the storage of them post event
- Support the shipping and customs teams in the creation of labels and tracking of shipments
WHO YOU ARE
- Degree background in Luxury Fashion Management, Events, Marketing or Public Relations
- Time management and organizational skills alongside excellent communications skills
- Attention to detail
- English fluency
- Available for 6 months in Munich
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous internships or experience working in events is valued
