About the Role

Job Description:

Role Overview:  

Huntsman has an exciting opportunity for a positive and detail-oriented Customer Service Intern to join our Polyurethanes Customer Service team in our Kraków HUB.

In this role, you will support the delivery of high-quality transactional and operational services associated with the order fulfilment process. You will work closely with experienced Customer Service Representatives, contributing to structured processes that ensure accuracy and efficiency across the team.

Role Responsibilities: 

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: 

  • Maintaining and updating Customer Master Data (e.g. Customer data changes, address updates)

  • Creating sourcing table requests and Product Service requests in C4C

  • Supporting the handling of basic transport-related claims

  • Assisting with digitizing activities to ensure proper documentation and data accuracy

  • Supporting allocation list management and data organization

  • Following structured processes and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance

  • Providing general administrative support to the Customer Service team

Experience and Competencies: 

We are looking for an Intern with

  • Student or recent graduate (Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field preferred)

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel

  • Knowledge or experience with SAP is highly valuable

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to follow structured processes accurately

  • Good communication skills in English

  • Positive attitude and willingness to support the team

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
