L’équipe

Notre département Industriel & Logistique accompagne les bailleurs dans la location de leurs actifs (Locaux d'activité, entrepôts logistiques) ainsi que les entreprises afin de trouver les locaux qui correspondent à leurs besoins.

Nos consultants en transactions immobilières jouent un rôle d'intermédiaire entre propriétaires, locataires et acquéreurs potentiels et apportent leur savoir-faire à toutes les étapes de la transaction (de la prospection à la signature du bail).

Ils travaillent en étroite collaboration avec le pôle analyste du département qui les accompagne pour réaliser des études sur le marché immobilier, répondre aux appels d’offre de nos clients et effectuer une veille économique et stratégique.

Missions

Prospection et développement commercial

  • Phoning : relance d'anciens clients et réactivation d'opportunités dormantes
  • Création et mise à jour de listes de prospection qualifiées
  • Remontées d'offres immobilières disponibles sur le marché

Marketing et communication

  • Conception et diffusion de supports marketing (mailing, emailing, flyers)
  • Être en appui des campagnes de relance de fins de baux
  • Participation à la création de support ad’hoc type Teaser d’offres

3. Suivi commercial

  • Accompagnement à la réalisation des pitchs Offres et réponses aux RFP Clients.
  • Accompagnement à l'élaboration de préconisations Offres, avis de valeur
  • Contribution à l’envoi régulier de nos portefeuilles aux collectivités et autres organismes de développement économique.
  • Accompagnement à la préparation des rendez-vous Grands Comptes de l’équipe Grands Projets.

  • Idéalement dernière année Bac+5 en commerce, immobilier ou marketing
  • Aisance relationnelle, rigueur, maîtrise des outils digitaux
  • Curiosité, proactivité, sens du service client (qualité et rapidité des rendus),
  • Sens du collectif
  • Capacité/volonté d'apprentissage forte
